georgesmith wrote about Texas De Brazil
Texas de Brazil is a continuous service Brazilian-American steakhouse, or churrascaria that grills their meat over an open flame. They also feature a 50-item salad and vegetable area that guests serve themselves to before the meat service begins. When a guest is ready to sample the meats they can just turn their card to green, and the carvers will bring the meats (pork, lamb, chicken, beef and sausage) tableside. There are also a wide variety of delicious desserts to choose from when you are finished with your dinner. The traditional Brazilian-style dining and terrific service makes Texas de Brazil a number one contender in steakhouses!
